Tea 101-My Personal Experience with Taiwan’s no.1 Drink

Bubble Tea was invented in Taiwan during the 1980s. Some say it was in Taichung while others say Tainan. Its popularity was fueled by a feature in a Japanese TV show. Now, Bubble Tea shops prosper not only in Asia but in Europe and America as well.

Milk Tea is one of those drinks that I am starting to like, and I was able to taste some of the best seller @ Tea 101.

Tea 101 Choices

My first choice was the Choco Mint Tea, this is their newest product. The taste was really good with the combination of chocolate and mint this could be the next best seller. Want to know how good it is, well my friend John was not able to get a picture of it because I finish it almost immediately.

My second cup was Heineken Green Tea, the plus ingredient is the Heineken Beer.

This is something new to me I never thought that a beer can be added on a milk tea, but I was surprise with it’s taste and enjoyed it a lot, this is a good alternative if you have a stressful day and you want to relax while in the office but of course you cant drink beer while working right, well now you can with this unique combination.

The Yakult Passion Fruit Tea was my 3rd cup, I got a mix feeling about this one, yakult seems to overwhelm the taste of the tea but it still taste refreshing.

Tea 101 offers only two sizes for their drinks that is Tall P75.00 and Skyscraper P85.00, and you can choose your own sinker that is not limited to pearls. You can choose from Nata crystal, QQ jelly, Aloe Vera and Grass Jelly. They even let you choose your sugar level from 0% up to 100% sugar content. This are the things I think that make their product unique because they let their customers have choices on what should their tea would be.
